Rhythmic Movements Training (RMT)

Rhythmic movements are gentle rocking & rolling movements that stimulate the neural pathways, to make connections that promote ease of movement and learning.

Rhythmic movement Training (RMT) is a simple but powerful way to address the challenges of ADD/ADHD, Autism, dyslexia and more.

Aims of RMT:

  • Improve of concentration and motor coordination
  • Normalize chain muscle tension
  • Regulate postural issues, emotional and behavioural

RMT works at integrating infant reflex patterns by gently repeating developmental movement patterns, isometric pressure and self-awareness.
Commitment to a few minutes of RMT daily can bring about many positive changes.
